Shipping Locations
We offer shipping to customers in selected cities from across India. We are presently not serving to/in any international locations. Please check if we deliver to your specific country or region during checkout. -
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size and selected shipping method. Any additional taxes, duties, or charges (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer. An amount of Rs. 75/- flat will be charged for COD orders. -
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time may vary during peak seasons, holidays or due to product availability. -
Delivery Time
Domestic Delivery: Delivery times for domestic orders usually range from 5-7 business days depending on the shipping method and location.
International Delivery: International shipments may take between 10-15 business days depending on the destination country.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors outside of our control, such as customs, weather conditions, government authority or other entity acting on behalf of the government or directions of government or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to assist you in case of any delays. -
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website. All users have the option to track their orders by clicking on Track Order. The user has to enter the email address used while placing the order and the order number to track the order.

Delivery Issues
In the case of lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will help you resolve the issue.
Important Note: In case the office address is provided for delivery, please make sure that the department details, employee number and direct landline numbers are also provided to prevent any last-minute hassles and failed delivery.
