We have a customer friendly 48 hours return & exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted which meet our pre-defined conditions & guidelines as mentioned below.
- In the unlikely event that the order you have received appear to be damaged, tampered with or in an unsealed condition before delivery, please refuse to accept & open the parcel and return the parcel to the delivery person. Also, kindly immediately email us at contact@nirzara.com & call us at +919665034054 mentioning your order id & you need to attach photo of the damaged parcel. We will personally ensure to address the issue & take care of your purchase with suitable & required action.
- If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return/exchange request from your account within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. You can log in to your account using the same email id which was used while placing the order. There is Return/Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the reverse pick-up from your doorstep.
- Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine & send you the authorization and reverse pick-up will be arranged within 2-3 business days. Customers should not return the product before receiving a confirmation from Nirzara about the same.
- All the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unfolded and unused, blouse uncut, with tags intact, and parcel packed properly along with invoice. No tassels and/or fall pico should have been added by you or on your request. The courier partner will not accept return shipments in case the package is not sealed by the customer.
- Provide the invoice into the package for the return or exchange to be processed. Without the above, they will not be processed.
- After receiving the product at our warehouse & quality control inspection to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria (takes around 2-3 days), we initiate with the refund/exchange process. If the product does not meet any or all of the criteria, the refund/exchange will not be considered and product will be shipped back to you as is.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. In case of COD order, where customer pays in cash once the product is received, the amount is returned via online transfer using NEFT. The customer must provide correct bank account details during placing of the return request itself, in order to initiate the refund process.
- In case of returns, we will refund the amount with flat Rs.300/- deductible towards payment processing & re-stocking fees. COD charges are non-refundable.
- Return or exchange is allowed only once, per invoice. No return for product already exchanged. Exchange is possible only for products of equal or higher value. Any cost difference in case of an original product exchanged against a higher value product, we will send you a payment link accordingly.
- No returns or exchange will be accepted for the products purchased during sale or special discount events.
Cancellation by Nirzara:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and can be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to you. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Nirzara and accept Nirzara's decision regarding the cancellation.
Important Note:
- We shall not entertain any return/exchange request after 48 hours from the delivery of the shipment.
- Product damaged during use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Shipments returned through any other logistics partner will not be accepted.
- The policy mentioned is only applicable for purchases made through our website.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Nirzara and accept Nirzara's decision regarding the policy.
- Disputes if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Nipani.
